Meet Theo

When Theophilus Netshivhodza established Khavho Consulting back in 2008, the focus was on providing HR development and statutory compliance services to enable clients to improve team performance and efficiency. This emphasis naturally evolved to include BEE Advisory Services, which now constitute the bulk of the consulting delivered by the business. Khavho Consulting clients are principally from mining, construction and financial sectors. The BEE programs are designed, implemented and managed by the company smooth the way for valid, relevant and predictable BEE scorecards.

We believe in competent and qualified staff. Our team is a multi – disciplinary blend of Human Resource Management, Training and Development with the proven track record and strong market knowledge.
